Multi-functional rack cabinets can be broken down into two categories – floor standing and wall mount. Wall mount rack cabinets are generally designed for small- to medium-scale networks. Their “footprint” is off the floor, which saves space and is more suited to busy environments.

Wall mount rack cabinets are generally smaller than free-standing rack cabinets.
