CANOVATE GROUP Companies started their journey in 1979 and has grown every day, becoming one of the leading global companies of our country and the world.
Especially data center (dat center) and fiber optic technologies; It has grown by keeping up with the developing technology trends of our country and the world and has become a global brand. Especially in the last 20 years, it has kept up with the domestic and national technological breakthrough of our country and has provided added value to our country with the projects it has realized.
1979
ELEKTRO Elektronik Kollektif Ltd. was founded as an Electonic Research and Development Company by Can GÜR and Ozcan GÜR.
1980
ELEKTRO had developed and produced marine type public announcement system and power phase failure relay for motors.
1981
ELEKTRO had released the first Panel Type Digital Power Factor Meter in the World.
1982
ELEKTRO had developed and produced Power Factor Controller and Digital Pfmeter. Also Elektro had started to produce Electric Reactive Power Correction Panels.
1986
ELEKTRO had started electronic components distributorship business in serving to Telecom and consumer electronic fields.
1996
ELEKTRO acquired Alcatel Teletaş facilities and renamed as Komsa Communications Inc.; Komsa signed an agreement to produce Alcatel’s System12 Digital Exchanges, Radio Link Systems and Payphones.
2001
KOMSA finalized its OEM contract with Alcatel and began to develop own branded 19’’Network and Server rack cabinets.
2002
KOMSA company name changed as Canovate.
2005
CANOVATE developed aluminum chassis Network and Server cabinets and received worldwide patent for aluminum cabinets.
2006
CANOVATE began to develop Passive Fiber Optic Infrastructure product family included ODF (Fiber OpticDistribution Cabinets), Fiber Patch Panels, etc.
2009
CANOVATE produced Turkey’s first double-sided fiber tape ODF, named Troy and was awarded with the Technology Award of the year.
2011
CANOVATE opened sales office in Dubai, U.A.E.
2013
CANOVATE developed a In-Row Cooler (Front/Side Cooling) family with a German business partner.
2014
CANOVATE launched Micro Data Centers, Mini Data Center and Mobile Data Center solutions portfolio .
2015
CANOVATE intruced Structured Cabling and IP PDU product lines, as well as our Nano Sense Environmental Surveillance System, were developed and launched, and patent applications began.
2016
CANOVATE opened a sales office in Florida, USA.
2017
CANOVATE HELLAS Office has been opened in Athens, Greece.
2018
CANOVATE developed “Adiabatic Indirect Evaporative Cooling Family”.
2019
CANOVATE opened an office in Ankara, Turkey.
2020
CANOVATE has launched its smart parcel locker product range under “ Parcela “ brand.
2021
CANOVATE developed FTTD (Fiber to the desk) solutions portfolio.
2022
CANOVATE launched new generation Edge Micro & Mini DC solutions with redundant cooling option.
